Behind these numbers lies a disease that progressively weakens bones, often without symptoms until the first fracture occurs.

🔬 At Atlantic Bone Screen, we contribute to osteoporosis research by supporting the preclinical evaluation of innovative therapeutic approaches.
Combining in vitro osteoclasts and osteoblasts assays, in vivo osteoporosis models, high-resolution microCT, histology and bone histomorphometry, we help researchers evaluate efficacy of candidates and investigate changes in bone architecture, quantify bone loss and assess treatment efficacy.
Understanding bone fragility is essential to develop better strategies to preserve bone health.
